One of our focuses for 2019 is food sustainability, with this in mind we made a start with our own veggie patch during 2018. The hospitality students have shown great interest in nurturing the veggies and were delighted to be able to use them where preparing there own practical dishes. The garden is a great start for the bigger picture for the future in this area.
