The Ray Mhlaba Skills Training Centre is an extension programme of the EP Children’s Homes. We are a nongovernment funded organisation who rely solely on the support and generosity of corporate and private donors to continue our successful operation.
Skills Training That Changes Lives
Our primary focus is to assist in the government’s financial obligation to reduce poverty and unemployment of youth aged 18-25 residing in underprivileged and deprived circumstances.
We empower our youth in skills and social development programmes equipping them with the knowledge and ability to obtain formal employment or become successful entrepreneurs.
Our work preparation programme equips our students with valuable life skills such as time management, communication, discipline and self-confidence.
We are concerned with the ongoing development and success of our students. We follow up on past student’s progress and celebrate their successes with them.
