HOSPITALITY TRAINING PROGRAMME

If you are interested in a career in hospitality with the potential to find employment with hotels, guest houses, restaurants and other hospitality establishments, you may be a suitable candidate for our Hospitality Training Programme.

A 12 Month SETA Accredited NQF Level 4 Qualification in Professional Cookery  

The programme provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge and experience to become qualified chefs and focusses on the hospitality industry required standards of food preparation and customer service.

  • Personal development and communication

The programme is 30% theory and 70% practical training.  The practical component is conducted at our onsite Conynghams Coffee Shop and Tata Madiba Conferencing Venue as well as 2 months experience in PE’s leading hotels kitchens.

Employment opportunities post-graduation include hotels, guest houses and restaurants.
