The program provides students with an education in the accommodation services sector of the hospitality industry
The program focuses on the hospitality industry required Levels 1-3 standards of basic housekeeping skills.
- Theory ABC cleaning
- Practical cleaning techniques
- Grooming standards
- Health and safety
- Interview skills
The program is 30% theory and 70% practical training. The practical component is conducted at local hotels and guest houses.
