In 2012 this young man pictured here, Vuyo, was enrolled in our woodwork programme. He told us his dream was to use his skills learned at the Centre to start his own carpentry business as his goal was to make enough money to buy himself a new car.
The years past and many more students went through the programmes, but then one day in December 2018 we received this photograph.
Vuyo had not forgotten what he said and has followed his dreams, he is now living in Johannesburg, owner of his own carpentry business and proud owner of this brand new Range Rover.
