We are delighted to report that two of our former students are now working in the USA, Phakamisa (pictured left) was one of the first Hospitality students to enroll at the Centre, he has been climbing his career ladder over the years from game reserves to the most luxurious hotels of the Western Cape, he is now in California, USA working as a top chef.
Sunshine (pictured right) was a 2016 student, leaving the centre to work at the Radisson Blu Hotel he has followed his dreams and is now working as a chef in a luxury golf resort in the USA.
