hotels, guest houses, restaurants, bakeries, retail outlets, you may be a suitable candidate for our Bakery Training Program.
A SETA Accredited / Entrepreneurial NQF Bakery Qualification
The program provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge and experience to become qualified bakers.
The program focuses on the specific skills required to become a qualified baker, with the ability to either enter into the entrepreneurial market or obtain formal employment.

The program is 30% theory and 70% practical training. The practical component is conducted at our onsite Conynghams Coffee Shop and Tata Madiba Conferencing Venue as well as 2 months experience in PE’s leading hotels kitchens.
Employment opportunities post-graduation include hotels, guest houses and restaurants.
