We were approached to enter a team in the Braai Master challenge held at Champions Bar at the end of September, the event was a competition between local Hospitality training academies competing in a mystery box event to get to the final.
Our students pulled out all the stops and produced amazing street food winning them a place in the Final. Equipped with only aprons and caps our students arrived to another mystery box challenge fired up and ready to impress they let their creativity go crazy and took 1st place in the final. We are so proud and happy for them for this momentous achievement.
Following the Braai Master event, Luvoyo was chosen to win an internship at Port Elizabeth’s Tilting Heads Taco Café. His flair and impression given at the event proved to be recognised and we wish him every success in progressing from his internship.
