SETA ACCREDITED & ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES

SOME SUCCESS STORIES FROM THE PAST

Established 18 years ago, the Ray Mhlaba Skills Training Centre is an extension program of the Eastern Province Child & Youth Care Centre previously known as the EP Children’s Home, one of the oldest Centre’s of it’s kind in the Nelson Mandela Metropole.

Skills Training That Changes Lives

Our primary focus is to assist in the government’s financial obligation to reduce poverty and unemployment of youth aged 18-25 years residing in underprivileged and deprived circumstances. To date, we have successfully trained 2227 students across our vocational skills and social development programs.  81% of our graduates gained formal employment post program completion or became successful entrepreneurs.

SKILLS TRAINING

We empower our youth in skills and social development programs equipping them with the knowledge, skills and ability to obtain formal employment or become successful entrepreneurs.
