VENUE HIRE
The Ray Mhlaba Skills Training Centre offers versatile venue options for hire.
Our facilities include the Tata Madiba Conferencing Hall which can host up to 100 people, alongside smaller classrooms able to accommodate between 20 and 25 people.
Venue Rates
Our Tata Madiba Conferencing Hall offers seating for 100 people with tables, chairs, table cloths, an overhead projector, sound system and microphone included in the hall rate. Glassware, crockery and cutlery is available upon request at an extra cost.
Monday to Friday
- Full Day (08:00 am – 16:00 pm) : R 2 500.00
- Half Day (08:00 am – 12:00 pm / 12:00 pm – 16:00 pm) : R 2 000.00
Saturday and Sunday
- Full Day (09:00 am – 22:00 pm) : R 3 000.00
- Half Day ( (09:00 am – 13:00 pm / 13:00 pm – 17:00 pm) : R 2 500.00
*Additional costs include out of hour staff fees should the function be out of our working hours. Our kitchen is also available to hire at an additional cost.
Our classrooms offer seating for between 20 and 25 people. The venue hire rate for classrooms includes the provision of tables, chairs and table cloths. Glassware, crockery, cutlery and an overhead projector is also available upon request.
